Brian Lindenlaub serves as the Discipline Service Lead (DSL) for Clean Water Act (CWA) and Mining at WestLand. He has been specializing in environmental permitting and compliance since 1994, focusing on large scale development projects throughout the southwestern U.S. He has acted as the senior project manager or principal in charge for a number of CWA Section 404 permitting efforts (both nationwide and individual permits), and has considerable experience with all aspects of that permitting process: alternatives analyses, Endangered Species Act (“ESA”) compliance, National Historic Preservation Act (“NHPA”) compliance, National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) documentation, and development of compensatory mitigation projects. Brian’s regulatory experience also includes the preparation of several applications for Certificates of Environmental Compliance and support of applicants through the hearing and approval process.
Brian earned B.S. degrees in both Geological Engineering and Fisheries and Wildlife from the University of Missouri system.
