With over 20 years of business and managerial experience, Ellen has a diverse professional background built on both operations management and human resources. Ellen joined EM Strategies in 2016 as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources where she was tasked with leading company-wide operational functions from conception to implementation. In 2021, EM Strategies joined the WestLand family and Ellen was named Operations Manager for the Reno office. In her role as Operations Manager, Ellen is responsible for the management of staff, day-to-day business operations, and business development. She also works closely with the team to assist clients with Project bonding requirements and the editing of technical documents.
Ellen earned her AA degree from Truckee Meadows Community College.
