Jim’s technical expertise and experience is focused on the technical and procedural requirements necessary for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Endangered Species Act (ESA) for land development, mining, energy, transportation, and public sector clients.
Jim earned a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Northern Arizona University and Master in Natural Science at Arizona State University.
