Jennifer Hushour, MS., RPA, has 21 years of archaeological fieldwork and research experience and 12 years of experience in project management, including management of more than 200 cultural resource compliance projects throughout Washington State. She is highly knowledgeable in National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106, the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), and Executive Order (GEO) 21-02 compliance. Ms. Hushour regularly coordinates with clients, Tribes, and agencies and is skilled in the excavation and analysis of human remains, supervisory archaeological fieldwork, archival research for Historic period sites, and technical writing. She meets the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Professional Archaeologists. Typical duties include technical review of documents, coordination with clients and agencies, day-to-day monitoring of budgets and schedules, providing logistical support for field projects, and coordination with Tribes, clients, and agencies. Ms. Hushour serves as WestLand’s Director of Cultural Resources for the Pacific Northwest.
