WestLand provided engineering design services for a new raffinate supply booster station. The design had to incorporate flexibility for leach dump elevations rising about 20 feet per year. The new booster station was designed with two operation modes: one which altered pump operating speed to match tank inflow and maintain a specific tank level; and one to maintain a given flow set point.
