WestLand’s Washington and Portland offices specialize in cultural resources and permitting support throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our experience has focused on providing private industry and state, federal, and municipal entities strategies and technical resources to fulfill permitting obligations, particularly federal and state environmental regulations. These include Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), and Executive Order 21-02. Services includes survey, recording, and treatment of archaeological and historic resources; Tribal coordination; and construction monitoring. In addition, WestLand has developed a suite of highly experienced teaming partners in the region to provide technical and permitting support for a variety of environmental permitting scenarios throughout the Pacific Northwest.
