WestLand recently completed a cultural resources assessment for this 56-lot residential development on private land in Renton, WA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineer permitting required compliance with Section 106 of the NHPA. Westland archaeologists conducted historic and ethnographic research, developed a research design, and completed a field survey. The report was submitted within 30 days of project award, and the USACE accepted the report with no changes.
