This project was conducted for a private developer on a 71-acre site near Kennewick, WA. The survey was required as part of Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) permitting for the project through Benton County. WestLand conducted background and ethnographic research as well as a field survey which included 176 shovel test probes. The report was submitted within 45 days of project award and is currently under review.
